, you will support the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, manage your team, and lead the Donna (women's) business to success.

Ideal Requirements
Prior experience within a luxury or high-end fashion brand – a minimum of 5+ years of luxury retail experience.
Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to lead a team.
Proven experience driving sales results and working towards KPIs.
