We are seeking a hard-working, confident, and outgoing Radiographer to join the Cairns South Medicare Urgent Care Clinic, located within our modern Edmonton practice.
Our Urgent Care facility plays a key role in reducing pressure on local hospitals and emergency departments by delivering timely care for n on–life-threatening but urgent presentations.
This is a sole Radiographer position, so applicants must be competent and comfortable working independently, while also collaborating effectively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
About the Role
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will:
* Perform all general X-ray procedures to a high standard
* Adapt X-ray projections appropriately within a minor trauma environment
* Manage workflow efficiently as the sole Radiographer on shift
* Contribute to a safe, high-quality patient experience
* Support the clinical team to ensure smooth and effective Urgent Care operations
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain Urgent Care radiology experience outside the public sector.

Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration
* QLD Radiation Use Licence
* Full Australian work rights
The clinic operates 365 days per year, with current Radiography hours of:
10am – 6pm daily
We are open 7 days:
* Weekdays: 8am–10pm
* Weekends: 9am–6pm
Full-time or part-time arrangements are available.
