Assistant Store Manager
* Key Responsibilities:
o Support the store leadership team in leading, coaching, and developing the store team members.
o Deliver exceptional customer service through excellent presentation and a welcoming store environment.
o Assist in managing store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and employee performance.
o Oversee training, development, and performance reviews.

o Foster additional sales through effective product recommendations and upselling strategies.
Requirements:
