Sales Representative – Building Materials | Base $68K–$70K + Car + Commission

Warner Stone is looking for a reliable and proactive Sales Representative to join our expanding team. You’ll manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new relationships across Melbourne and surrounding areas. This is a field-based role suited to someone who enjoys being on the move, building genuine client relationships, and following through on results.

Your Day-to-Day
Visit existing customers to strengthen relationships and understand needs
Follow up on warm leads from our internal team
Develop new business across stonemasons, builders, and cabinetmakers, while also working to establish brand presence among architects and interior designers.
Maintain records of visits and outcomes in a clear and consistent manner
Ensure a smooth order handover and a positive customer experience
Communicate customer feedback to the team to improve service and support
About You
You enjoy face-to-face client work and are comfortable being out in the field
You are resilient, self-motivated, and stay calm under pressure
You are process-driven, take direction well, and value consistency
Previous sales experience preferred (especially in the building or construction industry)
Valid Australian driver’s license and full work rights required
Language skills (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic) are a plus but not essential
