Parts Interpreter Role
The Opportunity
This role involves coordinating and supplying quality parts to external customers and internal stakeholders while meeting sales targets and delivering high service levels.
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for:
* Providing parts and sundry items to both external customers and internal teams
* Identifying, interpreting, and sourcing parts to meet customer needs
* Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
* Maintaining records in MS Dynamics and handling customer inquiries
* Delivering exceptional service via phone, email, or in-person
* Providing daily support to branch operations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A commitment to providing excellent customer service
* A positive attitude toward learning and growth
* A basic understanding of mechanical and parts concepts
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* A forklift license (preferred but not required)
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and earthmoving equipment is an advantage
