The IT Support Technician will provide technical assistance to end-users across various businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Offer IT support services to internal users.
 * Deliver exceptional service when handling requests via email, telephone, or face-to-face interactions.
Core Duties:
 1. Provide technical support to end-users across multiple businesses.
 2. Complete allocated tasks with a high level of quality and accuracy.
 3. Answer inbound calls, record IT issue requests, and capture information into defined tasks.
 4. Handle new hardware requests, including procurement, setup, and distribution.
 5. Participate in assigned project work, delivering results as prescribed by the IT Manager.
 6. Monitor desktops, servers, and networks for optimal performance.
