The Role
Performance Property is seeking an outstanding National Manager, Commercial Acquisitions to lead our Commercial Department. Reporting directly to the Head of Investment and Advice, this role is pivotal in sourcing premium commercial properties and advising clients on strategic investment decisions in line with their portfolio strategy.
You will set the department's strategic direction, ensure operational excellence and align client strategies with company growth objectives. This is a career-defining opportunity to influence the future of commercial property investment at a national level.
The Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategic direction and operations of the Commercial Department.
* Proactively source commercial properties that align with client investment strategies and fund criteria.
* Provide expert advice on property acquisition, portfolio strategy and divestment decisions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, property owners and fund partners.
* Oversee and enhance client experience, investment reporting accuracy and due diligence standards.
* Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing department.
* Ensure compliance with licensing, CPD requirements and company policies.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a commercial property expert with strong leadership credentials and proven success in acquisitions or investment management.
The Ideal candidate will posses:
* Extensive experience in commercial property acquisitions, property management or investment management.
* Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
* A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance or a related field (favourable).
* A Real Estate Agent's Licence and ability to gain mutual recognition across Australia.
* A demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and lead high-performing teams.
* Annual police clearance (required).
* Full Australian working rights.
