Customer Support Liaison Officer
to join their growing team in the South-Eastern suburbs

$65,000 – $80,000 + Super (depending on experience)

What do you do?
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support
Coordinate ATM installations and removals, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and service providers
Liaise with technical teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues promptly
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests accurately
Keep customers informed on case progress and follow up to ensure resolution
Dispatch technician jobs and confirm ETAs
Support the business by maintaining up-to-date procedures and documentation
Collaborate with your team to drive continuous improvement and share knowledge
What do you need?
Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or call centre support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude (training provided)
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
