We're now looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help us expand our impact.
About the Role
This is a true relationship-led sales role. You'll work closely with local governments, schools, landscape architects, specifiers, and community stakeholders to bring inspiring outdoor play and fitness spaces to life.
You'll be responsible for:
* Building and managing strong client relationships across your territory
* Identifying new opportunities and developing a healthy sales pipeline
* Working collaboratively with design, operations, and project teams
* Preparing proposals, tenders, and presentations that win trust and projects
* Representing Proludic at industry events, site meetings, and presentations
* Managing opportunities through Salesforce and maintaining accurate forecasts
About You
You're a confident, motivated sales professional who enjoys consultative selling and long-term relationships.
You'll bring:
Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B, construction, design, or infrastructure-related industries
Experience working with local government, the education sector, landscape architects, or specifiers (highly regarded)
Strong communication and presentation skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
A proactive, organised, and resilient mindset
A genuine interest in creating positive community outcomes
