We're looking for a data-driven
Marketing Analyst
to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding customer behavior, and turning insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital and offline channels.
* Track and report on key marketing KPIs (ROI, CAC, conversion rates, etc.).
* Build dashboards and reports to support marketing and leadership teams.
* Conduct customer, cohort, and funnel analysis.
* Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize strategies.
* Maintain data accuracy and consistency across marketing platforms.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles.
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with data sets.
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
* Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
* Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Fluent in English.
* Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
