Job Overview
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of allocated contracts across multiple client sites, leading site teams and ensuring workforce readiness, rostering, and operational execution.
You will build and maintain strong client relationships at operational and senior levels, ensuring contracts are delivered in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), compliance, and safety standards. Your role will also involve managing contract performance, including financial oversight (Profit & Loss, cost control, invoicing), and leading mobilisation/demobilisation of services in line with scope changes or project phases.
