Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef (also hiring a Sous Chef) at The Harbour Sports Bar Grill located in Secret Harbour, WA. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. Our kitchen is open from 11am - 9pm every Tuesday - Sunday (excluding public holidays).
Requirements Menu Planning and Food Costing experience Rostering and Labour Control Ordering and Stock Control Leadership, Staff Welfare and Team Management skills Ability to work under pressure and fast paced Excellent communication and organisational skills Certification in Food Handling and Safety Kitchen freedom!! You won't have someone looking over your shoulder. We trust the right chef to run the kitchen their way and make the space your own.
