About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team for a fintech startup focused on the Americas region, providing digital financial services designed for the region’s specific needs. You will play a crucial role in designing and automating processes to make a seamless customer experience work
You will take care of establishing process documentations and compliant procedures, ensuring efficient functioning of end-to-end procedures of modern architected business.
Responsibilities
* Define and document operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Oversee regulatory adherence and risk management procedures.
* Implement intelligent automation for seamless transaction processing and customer onboarding.
* Maintain and update documentation for internal processes and regulatory needs.
* Train staff on operational protocols, security measures, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
* +5 year experience in fintech operations and process management
* Good knowledge of financial regulations and fintech compliance requirements.
* Experience with process automation tools, AI and workflow optimization.
* Strong documentation and training skills.
* Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
* Analytical mindset to drive process improvements.
* Excellent proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
