We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team in either Kyogle or Lismore. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for the right candidate.
**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry and bank reconciliations, assisting accountants with bookkeeping requirements, entering data from source documents, delivering exceptional client service, payroll assistance and support, bookkeeping and software troubleshooting for small business clients, and preparation and lodgement of tax-related documents.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* A positive attitude and ability to work in a team
* Proven bookkeeping experience
* Knowledge of accounting software programs such as Xero, MYOB, Reckon, and QuickBooks Online
* Multitasking and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good written and verbal communication skills
