Senior Estimator Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our estimating team in Sydney. As a senior estimator, you will play a key role in ensuring cost accuracy and efficiency while supporting the design, drafting, and construction teams throughout all stages of the build process.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both production (post-contract) and sales estimating (pre-contract), with proven experience working across volume and custom home builds. They will also possess proficiency in relevant software such as Databuild or Framework.
* Analyzing data for accurate estimates.
* Collaborating with internal departments for consistency and accuracy of information.
* Maintaining databases, rate libraries, and estimating systems to ensure accurate pricing.
