The Role
* Manage a well-maintained portfolio of only 100 properties
* Deliver outstanding client service to both owners and tenants
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and notices
* Manage rental arrears and routine inspections
* Liaise confidently with owners, tenants, and trades
* Receive dedicated support from a Junior Property Manager
About You
* Experience in Property Management (Could be a Junior ready to step up or a senior)
* Motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed
* Confident in handling conflict resolution, NCAT, and tribunal matters
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate License preferred)
