At Sydney Health & Care Services (SHCS), we support people to live with dignity, choice, and independence. We're expanding our SIL & Home Care teams and seeking experienced Sleepover Disability Support Workers confident with High Care needs: complex bowel care, manual handling, PEG feeding, medication support, and behaviours of concern.

What you'll do

• Provide safe, person-centred support during sleepover shifts across SIL homes and community settings.
• Deliver High Care supports: complex bowel care, PEG feeding/flushes, manual handling/hoisting, and medication administration per policy.
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies, de-escalation, and documentation (shift notes, bowel/medication charts, incident reports).
• Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and morning/evening routines; support community access as required.
• Communicate clearly with participants, families, clinicians, and SHCS colleagues.

What you'll bring

Must-haves

• Proven experience in High Care (bowel care, PEG, manual handling, medication, behaviours).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) and First Aid & CPR.
• Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable insured vehicle.
• Strong documentation skills, reliability, and skilled boundaries.
• Right to work in Australia.

Great-to-haves

• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or related.
• PBS training, hoist/manual handling competencies, medication competency.
• Experience across both SIL and Home Care environments.
