An opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Officer to join our dynamic organisation. In this role you will provide efficient and confidential administrative support to the region, focusing on providing Human Resource support. The role is required to respond to enquiries from internal and external clients; maintain and update databases and other information systems; undertake record management duties; assist human resource management processing activities; and provide support for project delivery.
* This is an interesting and varied role operating in a dynamic organisation. The QAS is accountable for the delivery of pre-hospital ambulance response services, emergency and non-emergency pre-hospital patient care and transport services, inter-facility ambulance transport, casualty room services, and planning and coordination of multi-casualty incidents and disasters.
* You will work across a wide range of human resource functions including recruitment and selection, establishment management, employment conditions, payroll, and reporting.
* Applying your strong communication and customer service skills, you will high level administrative support to regional senior management and staff across the Region, including handling confidential and sensitive information.
