What You'll Be Doing
* Senior Consultants:
o Manage your own recruitment desk across white-collar roles (Accounting & Finance, Business Support, Engineering & Technical, Healthcare, and Executive Search)
o Drive business development and client engagement with some of Australia's biggest brands
o Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success
* Entry-Level Consultants:
o Support senior consultants in sourcing top talent for corporate and professional roles
o Screen candidates, manage job ads, and coordinate interviews
o Learn the ropes of recruitment with hands‑on experience and structured training
What We're Looking For
* Senior Consultants: Proven agency recruitment experience, strong business development skills, and a proactive mindset
* Entry-Level Consultants: A strong communicator with a positive attitude; previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
