Overview

Lendlease is currently hiring for a Construction Security Assurance Officer to work on a long-term, large-scale construction project with site locations in the ACT. These are permanent, full-time positions and require you to be based on site, working directly with the Project team to help manage security assurance requirements in line with the project security plan.
This role may include but is not limited to managing Inspection and Test Plan sign offs, hold and witness point registers, drawings registers, conducting regular site inspections and reporting potential security issues or incidents, managing electronic equipment, tool, and software approvals and sign offs, managing plant and equipment sign offs, managing project security documentation and processes, and reporting to the project security manager on these requirements.
Responsibilities
* Manage Inspection and Test Plan sign offs.
* Manage hold and witness point registers, and drawings registers.
* Conduct regular inspections of the project site and report potential security issues or incidents.
* Manage electronic equipment, tool, and software approvals and sign offs.
* Manage plant and equipment sign offs.
* Manage project security documentation and processes.
* Report to the project security manager on above requirements.
About You
* To be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
* To hold, or be able to gain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
* Bring high-level attention to detail, and a meticulous, process-driven approach.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Construction and/or security experience is not a direct requirement, but will be highly regarded.
* Applicants from Quality Assurance, EHS, Project Surveillance, Rail, and Aviation sectors are highly encouraged to apply.
