We are currently hiring for a Relationship Manager, and what an opportunity we have!

**A role you will love**

As a Relationship Manager (RM) you will be responsible for the ownership, management, and retention of an existing portfolio of clients. You will provide exceptional customer service and build relationships and connections with a set portfolio of clients to ensure client retention.

In this role, you will work with a range of stakeholders including sales, technology, project management, operations, client services, and support functions including legal and risk to collaboratively deliver positive outcomes for clients.

**Some other key responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within your portfolio of clients
- Responsibility for setting and maintaining budgets/forecasts
- Facilitate regular client meetings.
- Client retention - contract renewals, renegotiations, extensions, and profitability reviews.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are monitored, met, and recorded in our contract management system.
- Client reporting - adherence to SLAs, production metrics and spend.
- Work alongside the Sales team to identify and promote new products/services.
- Coordinate client audits, BCP exercises and responses to security questionnaires.
- Identify key contacts within client portfolio to establish and build relationships that will promote growth.
- Develop and maintain account plans for individual accounts within designated portfolio

This is a truly collaborative environment, so the passion to work closely with colleagues to embrace and share ideas will be paramount. You will be working with a variety of internal stakeholders across our Computershare Communications Services team while building those key relationships with senior representatives from our client base.

**Other key skills required include**:

- Experience in client/customer relationship management including the ability to understand the client and address their needs
- High attention to detail
- Sound time management & ability to prioritise
- Demonstrate abilities to deliver outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Strong time management skills to achieve successful outcomes in a timely manner
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
