The Opportunity
We're searching for a Creative Strategy & Performance Specialist who wants to help shape Voomie's next chapter, someone hungry, driven, wildly creative, and ready to jump into one of the fastest-growing brands in Australia. This is a rare opportunity to join a company in full momentum, where your ideas and your execution directly fuel scale and genuinely change the lives of people with busy brains.
In this role, you'll be the one building, editing, creating, testing, and leading the charge. You'll sit at the intersection of creative direction, paid media strategy, content production, and performance leadership and you'll personally craft the high-converting creative that drives our multi-million-dollar paid ecosystem.
You'll turn insights, customer psychology, and data into scroll-stopping, thumb-stopping, high-performing creative. You'll build testing frameworks, write scripts that convert, film and edit content, lead production, and guide both creators and internal talent while mentoring the team that supports you.

What You'll Do
Lead Performance Creative Strategy
* Own the full creative strategy across Meta, TikTok and emerging channels.
* Build creative roadmaps, angles, hooks, testing structures and content formats.
* Turn customer psychology, insights and performance data into high-converting creative concepts.
Create & Direct High-Performing Content
* Write scripts, briefs and top-performing concepts.
* Direct creators, internal talent and production to deliver performance-first content.
* Film and edit assets (with support from our performance editors) to produce fast, frequent, high-quality ads.
Build a Scalable Creative Testing Engine
* Establish rapid iteration cycles to combat ad fatigue and unlock scale.
* Analyse weekly performance data to identify winners, refine variables and guide new creative development.
* Partner with our Paid Media Specialist to ensure a constant pipeline of new ads aligned to account needs.
Collaborate Across Key Creative & Marketing Teams
* Work closely with Tarah (Creative Director), Head of Marketing, Paid Media, and Content & Creator Partnerships.
* Maintain creative consistency across brand, messaging, compliance and campaign goals.
* Mentor, train and uplift team members in creative testing, direction and data interpretation.
Own Creative Operations & Systems
* Manage asset libraries, creative files, briefs, scripts and performance dashboards.
* Build workflows and processes that streamline content production and creative iteration.
* Ensure organisation, quality and clarity across all creative documentation.
What Success Looks Like
* A clear, reliable performance creative engine with frameworks the whole team follows
* Strong, consistent pipeline of scroll-stopping ads across Meta & TikTok
* Improved performance across CTR, thumb-stop rate, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS
* Faster testing cycles with clear insights and documented learnings
* Creators and internal talent producing better content under your guidance
* Smooth, organised creative operations with predictable output
* Major uplift in launch performance and always-on paid efficiency
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of proven experience producing high-performing paid social creative for e-com/DTC
* Strong understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling and data-led decision making
* Advanced editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar)
* Hands-on experience directing creators, talent or content teams
* Ability to create high-volume weekly creative outputs with speed and precision
* Strong scriptwriting and creative concepting chops
* Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing creative ops and systems
* Comfortable experimenting, failing fast, learning quickly and scaling winners
* Bonus: Adobe Suite, Canva, leadership or mentoring experience
* Energy, curiosity and a love for building something from the ground up
