Job Description
What's the Role:
Join our Date Engineering & Data Platform as a Senior Technical Analyst. It is a hybrid Technical Analyst and Data Analyst function, that will primarily support the delivery of the Group Customer Master (GCM) as part of the UNITE Program.
The Role:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technology landscape, perform gap analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
* Gather, analyse, and document requirements including functional, data, and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Facilitate workshops for functional, data, and solution definition across projects.
* Analyse and map complex data flows between source, middleware, and consumer systems, ensuring accurate integration and documentation.
* Support testing and implementation by reviewing technical documentation and providing feedback on designs, test cases, and plans.
* Drive continuous improvement through recommendations for data/process redesign, system enhancements, and adherence to governance and Agile practices.
What do I need?
* Strong expertise in Data Analysis, Technical Analysis, and Solution Design, with proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions.
* Hands-on experience in Systems Integration and Data Migration projects, ideally with API knowledge.
* Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, managing competing priorities.
* Proficient in technical documentation, estimating work packages, and understanding Business Analysis tasks and structures.
* Self-starter with quick learning ability, capable of working independently, facilitating technical discussions, and producing high-quality outcomes under pressure.
* Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset, passionate about data, technical solutions, and developing T-shaped skills.
