We are seeking an experienced Geology Database Administrator to contribute to resource development and maintenance of our geological database.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain the established standards and procedures for data capture, storage, and validation within the central database.
* Provide support for data entry, quality control, and continuous improvement of database usability.
* Consult with internal and external laboratories to ensure accurate QA/QC and data capture.
* Develop and implement strategies for AI-driven integration and automation.
Requirements
* Degree qualification in Data Science, Geology, GIS, or Information Technology.
* Demonstrated experience using acQuire database software.
* Previous experience in a database role within the mining & resources industry.
* Ability to use SQL and familiarity with GIS, Python, QGIS, Micromine, or Datamine.
