Food and Beverage Service Role

* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, responding promptly to requests, and engaging with them throughout their dining experience.
* Recommend menu items and beverages based on guests' preferences and dietary requirements, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and efficient service area, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Upsell and promote menu items and beverages strategically, while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Proactively seek feedback from guests to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications

* Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
* Knowledge of Food and Beverage: Proficiency in food and beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service, and coffee crafting skills.
* Adaptability: Ability to adapt to diverse food and beverage settings, including different schedules, environments, and guest preferences.
* Qualifications: Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific Country/State/Territory.
