2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary: $70,000 - $73,000 per year
Experience and Equipment
Experienced in a specialty coffee shop for at least the last 1 year
Experienced in a management position for at least 2 years
Have worked with specialty and premium beans for espresso, filters and brews
Know how to operate a La Marzocco Linea PB 3 group
Be familiar with Mahlkonig E65S and EK grinders
Have worked with a Wario Milk Steamer
Confident in latte art, dialling in and troubleshooting
Know how to ghost ride milk steam wand properly
Be able to work well in a team, lead and train staff
