Key responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee consistently
* Confident milk texturing and latte art
* Dial in grinder and maintain coffee quality
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
* Work efficiently during busy service periods
Requirements
* Minimum 1+ years barista experience
* Strong espresso extraction and milk texturing skills
* Ability to work independently on bar
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Able to handle high-volume service
* Weekend availability essential
