Chef Position
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team and contribute to providing high-quality food products in a timely manner.
About the Role:
* Abide by National HACCP Standards
* Work in a high-volume, fast-paced commercial kitchen
* Produce meals for residents and guests
* Cater for internal and external events
Requirements:
* A qualified Chef or at least 4 years of equivalent kitchen experience
* Experience in high-volume, fast-paced commercial kitchen
* Detailed knowledge of menu planning for various catering styles and functions
* Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
* Familiarity with safe work practices
