**About the position**:
The Early Career Academy Officer has a leading role in planning, designing, implementing and evaluating strategies and initiatives to achieve specific outcomes for early career teachers. Initiatives may be related to professional experience, induction, learning and mentoring.
The incumbent will have the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of existing programs and to be part of the team collaborating to deliver new strategies supporting teachers as they transition from study and grow into their teaching roles.
The Early Career Academy Officer works alongside experienced teachers and human resources professionals in People Group. The position also works directly with school-based colleagues and executive, providing coaching, advice and support across a range of initiatives under the Early Career Academy.
