Ten is partnering with a well-established civil construction company to recruit an experiencedTalent Acquisition Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure and civil works across Western Australia.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in attracting and hiring the skilled workforce that keeps projects moving — from plant operators and labourers through to site engineers and supervisors.
You'll work closely with site and project managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a steady pipeline of quality talent for both blue-collar and lower-level white-collar roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of site and project roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
Source candidates through multiple channels — job boards, social media, referrals, agencies and industry networks.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for upcoming projects.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records within recruitment and HR systems.
Support onboarding processes and workforce planning initiatives.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition — ideally within civil construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
Strong understanding of blue-collar and field-based recruitment.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple sites.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.
Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
