Dentsu Creative are after a bold and ambitious duo to form a Creative team (Midweight Art Director & Copywriter).
What your typical day will look like:
As the Creative team, you will work symbiotically, enhancing each other's skills and delivering brand-transforming solutions that blur the lines between art and copy. You will inspire the agency with endlessly innovative ways of expressing creative ideas.
Other responsibilities include:
- Oversee the development and execution of visual elements from conception, through design and pre-press across a range of channels including advertising, promotional materials, branding and signage, and interactive media
- Contribute to the overall client tone of voice, developing language and copy in short and long form
- Actively participate in creative briefs, presentations, and meetings, articulating ideas confidently
- Proactively manage multiple assignments simultaneously within established timeframes and budgets
- Partner with other creatives and across agency multi-disciplinary teams
- Seek innovative angles and solutions to create and deliver highly effective, best practice campaigns and experience
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client's business as well as their competitor's
- Act as mentors to the junior team members and encourage continuous learning

- Exceptional communication skills and capable of speaking with all manner of specialists - including digital, film, PR, events, behaviour change and design.
- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design/Creative Advertising or equivalent career experience and strong copywriting experience in an agency environment
- Strong portfolio of art direction and copy across multiple channels
