Acting as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day queries from business teams, you will triage requests and escape where prioritisation or strategic decisions are required, ensuring the CRM remains aligned with how business teams actually work.
Key Duties
* Engage with business team representatives to elicit, document and validate requirements for CRM enhancements and changes, applying a range of techniques including interviews, workshops and observation to develop a thorough understanding of user needs and current pain points.
* Translate business requirements into clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product Manager, ensuring backlog items are ready for development and accurately reflect stakeholder intent.
* Coordinate and support user acceptance testing across business teams, working with stakeholders to design test scenarios, track outcomes, manage defect resolution and obtain sign‐off, ensuring delivered changes meet agreed requirements before release.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in a systems or IT-focused business analyst role, including requirements elicitation, process mapping and translating complex business and technical needs into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile delivery framework.
* Hands‐on working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including familiarity with standard objects, flows, user management and configuration concepts, with the ability to engage credibly with developers on platform capability and constraints.
* Ability to create clear process maps and workflow diagrams using standard tools (Miro, Lucidchart or Visio) to support requirements definition and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
* Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent demonstrated experience working within Salesforce environments is highly desirable.
* Salesforce Business Analyst and / or Service Cloud Functional Consultant certification would be considered a significant advantage.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, or a related field would be highly regarded.
All successful candidates will be required to undergo pre‐employment checks which may include national police checks and misconduct screening.
