Based in Chatswood, you'll be in the office three days a week (Mondays and Thursdays essential), with the flexibility to balance your time and be available when your team or clients need you.
What you'll be doing:
Lead, mentor and inspire a talented team of six agents — both in-office and remotely.
Drive exceptional sales performance (ideally with 40+ sales per year personally).
Oversee the full sales cycle from strategy to settlement, ensuring clients receive a premium experience every step of the way.
Work closely with leadership to grow the project marketing and resale arm of the business.
Shape and define this newly created role — your ideas and leadership will make a real impact.
Working directly with Director and Shareholders across this varied property group
What you'll bring:
Proven results in residential real estate sales, with leadership experience or clear leadership potential.
A people-first approach — confident, driven, and genuinely passionate about helping others succeed.
Current Real Estate Licence, driver's licence, and reliable vehicle.
Knowledge of not just the North Shore marketplace but all over Sydney
