Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst / Test Lead
to take ownership of testing activities across SAP SuccessFactors implementations. The successful candidate will lead the testing strategy, plan and execute test cycles, manage defects, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality HR technology solutions. This role requires strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, excellent stakeholder engagement, and proven leadership in test management.
Key Responsibilities
* Define, plan, and execute end-to-end testing strategies for SAP SuccessFactors projects (implementation, upgrades, and integrations).
* Lead test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management across multiple modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment).
* Ensure alignment of testing with business requirements and functional specifications.
* Coordinate and lead testing teams (onshore/offshore), providing guidance and mentorship.
* Manage UAT with business stakeholders, ensuring readiness and smooth execution.
* Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and integration teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
* Implement test automation strategies where applicable.
* Prepare and present test status reports, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
* 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years in
SAP SuccessFactors testing
.
* Strong hands-on expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is mandatory).
* Proven experience in
leading test teams
and managing end-to-end testing cycles.
* Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors
integration points with other SAP / third-party systems
.
* Hands-on experience with
test management tools
(e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps).
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
* Strong knowledge of
Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
