Campbellfield Artisan Bakery
Look for full time experienced and Bakers with some experience to work in their Artisan Bakery. We offer a different world of baking with long term bread fermentation with shifts which start from 9.00pm and finishing by 5.00am. we are looking for bakers who take pride in their work and ready to take the next step in this growing artisan bread area. Our Shops and wholesale area is being expanded this year and we will be offering a different artisan experience unique to bakeries in Melbourne. We will train you in this specialised area. Duties include, mixing, moulding, shaping, proving and baking a variety of artisan breads including sourdoughs, ciabattas, baguettes & many more. Easy parking, easy access to the facility and uniforms provided. There is also work in filling donuts, croissants and cannoli's and other limited Patisserie ranges, ultimately the job is about artisan Italian bread. Weekend work required. We are looking to position bakers that will grow with the business and if the attitude and skill fits our fun energetic and passionate team which expects only the best of quality in its baking results. Salary: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour
