About the Role
You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team handling a diverse range of family law matters, including:
* Complex rural and business property settlements.
* Parenting matters involving coercive control and trauma‑informed client engagement.
* Recovery applications, consent orders, divorces, and mediations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing your own files under the guidance of an Accredited Specialist.
* Preparing court documents and appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Magistrates Court.
* Meeting with clients and providing clear, compassionate legal advice.
* Instructing counsel and conducting legal research.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to hold a current Practising Certificate with Supreme Court admission and be admitted to the High Court of Australia.
