Ramada by Wyndham Canberra manage two hotels in Canberra as part of the Global Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand.
We are currently seeking a casual employee to join our dynamic and innovative team as part of our Guest Services team.
We are seeking someone who is:
* Committed to providing high quality customer service with a willingness to go above and beyond.
* Experienced in service and anticipating the needs of customers.
* Attentive to finer details and accurate reporting.
* Well-presented and cheerful, with a can-do attitude.
* Confident in recognising and reporting upon opportunities for improvements to process and operations.
* Able to work independently and within a team.
* Available to work over a 7-day roster.
* Willing to work on a varied roster (Day shifts and Night shifts).
Further desirable traits include:
* Having your own transportation.
* Experience with Microsoft suite and PMS systems.
* Other hotel experience (In Housekeeping / Kitchen / Food & Beverage etc.)
Training is available for the best candidate. Hospitality / Tourism students keen to get into the industry are also encouraged to apply.
