Your new company is a State Government Agency based in Western Sydney seeking a new Communications Manager to lead the wider Communications function at a strategic level.
**Your new role** 
- Deliver employee communication plans and supporting communication material that contribute and align to the organisation's strategy and business plans. 
- Deliver group communication strategies for the Program, identifying opportunities and risks early, developing and implementing communication material including messaging, Q&As; and engagement plans with appropriate measures of success. 
- Collaborate with the Change team and influence Heads of Business, and the relevant General Managers to adopt sound employee engagement approaches. 
- Provide advice and help deliver business-specific communications aligned to the enterprise Culture Plan and employee engagement initiatives. 
- Develop a solid understanding of the business and build trusted internal relationships that support the delivery of highly-effective strategic communication and engagement outcomes.
