You will have the ability to help shape the way payroll integrates throughout the business

This role will complete the payroll services for approximately twenty clients in the business. In addition, the practical understanding gained from working with clients will be utilised in developing a process covering real estate agency employment agreements, staff onboarding and payroll. This payroll solution will then be tested and rolled out to the wider business network on a national level.
**About the role**:
- Complete the payroll processing for approximately twenty clients on a fortnightly basis.
- Working closely with the team to support day to day payroll functions including process improvement and problem solving.
- Design an effective end-to-end payroll process covering real estate agency employment agreements, staff onboarding and payroll.
- Create a payroll and employment training program.
- Set up and maintain employee records, ensuring that there is a clear audit trail for all data changes.
- First point of contact to resolve any payroll related queries, building relationships and responding in a timely manner.
- Work with the wider team and clients to process employee related changes, payroll adjustments, and onboarding/offboarding etc.
- Payroll reporting, reconciliations, and end of year processing.
**About you**:
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end payroll experience, with exposure to multiple systems and software's being advantageous but not mandatory.
- You have a hands-on approach to strengthen and enhance the payroll function.
- You have excellent payroll knowledge and processing skills.
- You possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Relationship building comes naturally to you, and you have a proven track record of effective communication in a dynamic work environment.
- An ability to adapt to an evolving role with enthusiasm.
