Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join our team. As part of a dynamic brigade of chefs, your primary responsibilities will be to assist senior chefs in the preparation and service of high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the section and contribute towards maintaining a smooth, safe, and efficient kitchen operation.
- Prepare and cook food as delegated by senior chefs, adhering to established recipe guidelines and quality standards.
- Participate in innovative menu design for various events or areas of food service within the hotel.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional results and continually strive for improvement.
- Delegation of tasks to junior staff members is also expected.
