Job description:
Ausdrill are seeking expressions of interest for a Blast Crew Offsider to join our team. This is a Perth based role in the Peel region.
Working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate must reside in the Peel region.
Key Requirements:
* Live in the Peel region.
* Hold a current Dangerous Goods Security Card.
* Have a valid C Class drivers licence.
* Assist the Shotfirer to prime, charge, stem and tie in blast patters in a safe and efficient manner.
* Mark out drill patters as instructed by the shotfirer or site manager.
* Ensure blast vehicles are kept clean and tidy at all times.
* Ensure explosives magazines are maintained at all times.
* Ensure all safety requirements are strictly adhered to.
* Assist with other duties as required.
* Ability to meet all site requirements, including pre-employment medicals and have a current National Police Check.
