Project Scheduler Role
This role is ideal for a skilled scheduler with experience in developing and maintaining program and project schedules. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, align timelines, and identify risks.
The position involves creating and updating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and milestone tracking using MS Project Online. Strong analytical and organisational skills are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of MS Project Online and SharePoint, as well as relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK. Experience outside of construction is preferred, but not required.
The salary range for this role is $110,000–$130,000 + superannuation, depending on experience. This is a full-time, maximum-term contract with the possibility of extension.
The key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining detailed program and project schedules in MS Project Online.
* Creating and updating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and milestone tracking.
* Collaborating across teams to gather inputs, align timelines, and identify risks.
* Supporting internal stakeholders with scheduling advice, reporting, and training.
* Maintaining data integrity across SharePoint, MS Project, and Power BI systems.
* Contributing to continuous improvement in scheduling and planning processes.
* Managing resource allocations and identifying optimisation opportunities.
* Ppresenting insights and contributing to project governance.
