**How will I help?**
You will be accountable for the following:
- Work in collaboration with other support & operations staff within Consumer Digital Technology, Digital Village & CBB Tech to coordinate key meetings to ensure Digital Village milestones are met.
- General support to Chief Engineer with planning, time/task management, stakeholder management and other ad-hoc administration.
- Working with the Westpac App & Platform technology leadership team and other key stakeholders to set up the annual operating rhythm of the team.
- Facilitate 'approvals' for Chief Engineer and onto General Manager for Westpac internal systems and other requirements such as people, resourcing, finances, purchasing.
- Coordination of weekly leadership team meetings including minutes and actions.
- Completion of quarterly UARs for Chief Engineer
- Facilitate occasional travel bookings & approvals coordination for the team.
- Identify gaps and areas of improvement in terms of processes optimisation.
- Organisation of team and leadership team events including annual offsites, monthly all-ins and other social activities.
- Support and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for the team.
- Facilitation of people milestones for Chief Engineer and broader team so that all HR milestones are met.
- Coordination of team awards, recognition and ensuring this is part of the operating rhythm.
- Support & coordination of team development & training activities.
- People administration management including team databases, records, distribution lists, etc.

**What do I need?**
- Over 5 years of experience working in an administrative, support role
- Experience working within a large corporate environment with multi business units
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, PPT, Word, etc)
- Experience using Westpac systems (Clarity, WEAPS, ProMaster, PeopleHQ, SRM, SAR, IdentityIQ, etc.)
- Experience in managing team activities and events
