As a Fulfillment Associate at LinkTech Consulting, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our products and services to our clients. You will work closely with our team to coordinate and manage the fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive their products and services on time and to their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Receive and process orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of orders
* Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are properly stored and shipped
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet our high standards
* Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track fulfillment metrics and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and increase efficiency
