About You
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
* Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in civil construction since graduation
* Be permitted to work in Australia
* Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
* Have an outstanding work ethic and pride in your work
* Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
Skills & Responsibilities
* Providing engineering and technical advice to supervisors and project staff
* Compiling comprehensive scope of works
* Planning and managing activities involving major subcontractors, suppliers and service providers
* Managing engineering quality inspections, testing and verification documentation, ensuring works comply with relevant designs and specifications
* Interface with design consultants
* Developing cost‑effective engineering solutions
* Tracking cost, productivities, and quantities
* Reviewing non‑conformances and providing solutions
* Answering queries from client representatives regarding both general and technical issues
* Planning and scheduling tasks
* Actively monitoring work practices to ensure adherence to correct standards and procedures for safety and environmental conformance
