The Role
The successful applicant will be able to handle multiple tasks and manage the pressure of a busy office environment, while enjoying being part of a small dedicated team focused on continual improvement. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, you will support our Finance and Corporate Services team located at Lytton.
* Accurate and timely processing of creditor invoices.
* Matching invoices with purchase orders.
* Processing petty cash and employee expense reimbursements.
* Maintaining and updating creditor details.
* Filing and maintaining records of all invoices and other auditable documents.
* Providing a quick turnaround in the resolution of supplier and internal queries.
* Assisting and supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar position, with a proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-transaction volume environment. You will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and supplier relation skills. NetSuite experience would be an advantage but is not a necessity.
