Quantum Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantum Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge quantum technology.
Our Quantum Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing large-scale quantum systems, as well as developing novel measurement techniques for atomic qubits. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cryogenic electronics and sensing, and a strong background in experimental physics or electrical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop low-noise, high-frequency measurement systems for multi-qubit devices
* Assist in setting up and operating experimental setups based on cryogenic dilution refrigerators
* Develop and optimize amplification chains for large-scale rf-cryogenic measurements
* Conduct experiments, gather and analyze data, and write and execute code for measurement analysis
* Work with a multidisciplinary team of quantum physicists, engineers, technicians, postdoctoral researchers, and PhD students to establish optimal settings for rapid development of atomic-scale silicon quantum processors
Requirements:
* Master's degree in physics, electrical engineering, or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience using common RF and microwave test equipment (e.g., signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes)
* Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and publish results
* Proficiency in contemporary programming languages, such as Python
Benefits:
Our company offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive salary package.
