The Opportunity & Benefits
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Diploma Educators to lead rooms across various age groups (infants, toddlers, and preschool) in our high-quality, brand new centre in Teesdale.

Role
Some of the Key Responsibilities
Implement the daily routines and program.
Actively supervise children at all times.
Maintain positive and effective parent communication.
Ensure the health, hygiene, and safety for all children.
Welcome children and families into the service.
Lead Diploma Educator – All Educator responsibilities above, PLUS:
Be responsible for the complete program plan and delivery for the room.
Ensure all daily routines and transitions are met effectively.
Provide parents updates on children's progress and daily updates.
Ensure the room meets all regulatory requirements and report to the Director.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for these roles, you must possess:
Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care) or equivalent/above
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR Certificates
Knowledge of and willingness to comply with Mandatory Reporting requirements
Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Police check
Two professional references which can attest to your work with children
