Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue
* Provide exceptional technical support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and networks
* Maintain accurate CRM records, schedule appointments, and conduct meetings with potential clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction
* Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and support tenders in accordance with company policies
* Assist with sales administration, ERP systems, and counter services as needed
Requirements:
* Strong mechanical or engineering background, particularly in 4WD, driveshafts, suspension, and gearbox (highly desirable)
* Ability to travel throughout the designated region (essential)
* Proven track record of sales growth and revenue success
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Relationship builder with a strong customer focus
* Technical sales or engineering solutions experience
* Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
