Job Title: Facilities Attendant
We are seeking a skilled facilities attendant to work on a 14/7 drive-in/drive-out roster in Moranbah. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance, groundskeeping and customer service.
This is an entry-level position that requires the ability to deliver quality services in a timely manner, adhere to quality standards and maintain a safe environment for guests and customers.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent facilities services in a timely manner, adhering to quality standards and service level agreements.
* Perform general repairs and maintenance of site grounds, facilities, and buildings, including gardening duties.
* Regularly collect and maintain waste throughout the site.
* Maintain a tidy, safe, and professional environment in work areas, workshops, tools, and vehicles.
* Ensure a safe environment for guests and customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or as a trades assistant, preferably in hospitality.
* LF Forklift Licence.
* Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of equipment such as ride-on and push mowers, whipper snipper, blower vac.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proof of working rights in Australia.
* Valid National Police Check.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Remote work experience (highly regarded).

Requirements:
